Marketing Manager – Family Segment Pricing

About the role

Vodafone is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Pricing Chapter and work within the Family Squad. You will focus on fixed, convergent and post‑paid mobile voice offers, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to shape pricing strategies and drive new customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement pricing strategy for the Family segment, covering fixed/convergent and mobile voice offers.
• Propose and launch new offers and campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers.
• Monitor business indicators, market trends and continuously improve performance.
• Gather business requirements, coordinate with IT, and manage offer implementation across all stakeholders.
• Establish business rules and operational procedures for stores, online channels and call‑center assistants.

Required profile

• Master’s degree preferred in Management, Economics or Marketing.
• Strong analytical, strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Results‑oriented with high responsibility, planning and autonomy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and customer‑centric focus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
