Marketing Executive – Restaurants & Bars

About the role

Andaz Lisbon, a luxury lifestyle hotel in the heart of the city, is seeking a Marketing Executive for its Restaurants & Bars. The role will develop and execute integrated communication, PR, and digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and position the venues as lifestyle references within the luxury hospitality market.

Key responsibilities

• Support PR actions to increase visibility and engagement for the hotel’s venues.
• Plan, manage and execute social media platforms, creating high‑quality content for digital campaigns.
• Manage and execute digital campaigns, including coordination of the Google Business profile, Luzzi website and reservation systems to ensure brand alignment.
• Monitor, analyse and report performance metrics for digital and social media initiatives.
• Plan and deliver events, activations and promotional initiatives to drive footfall and online engagement.
• Coordinate photo and video sessions for website and social media channels.
• Develop and manage partnerships with external brands, stakeholders and industry contacts to position the restaurant within Lisbon’s gastronomic scene.
• Liaise with suppliers to maintain brand consistency across digital, social and design assets.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing, social media or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative, proactive and results‑driven mindset with a passion for storytelling.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
