Marketing Design & Ad Specialist

About the role

This remote position supports a fast‑moving consumer brand in the natural and organic products space. You will blend creative design with performance marketing to produce high‑impact visual assets and drive measurable results across paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality static and video creatives for paid advertising and organic social media on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Develop and adapt visual assets to align with brand identity and performance‑marketing goals.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to improve engagement and conversions.
• Continuously test and iterate creative concepts using performance data to refine messaging, visuals, and audience targeting.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as presentations, sales collateral, and product listings for digital channels.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to boost ROI, reach, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal team members to define priorities, budgets, and creative direction for ongoing campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social or paid media management.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
• Strong graphic design skills capable of producing both static visuals and video‑based content.
• Solid understanding of performance‑marketing principles and data‑driven optimization.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills in a remote work environment.
• Experience with consumer brands, e‑commerce, or CPG products is a plus.
