Marketing & Content Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Executive to join our fast‑growing on‑demand home‑services startup. Based remotely in Portugal with optional office use in Lisbon, you will support the brand across Spain, Portugal and the UK, creating engaging content and driving multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create on‑camera and written content for social, email and push channels.
• Plan, write, design and deploy email and push campaigns in Braze.
• Coordinate social‑media calendars and bring the OSCAR voice to life.
• Manage the full UGC and creator journey: outreach, negotiation, script co‑writing, campaign supervision and relationship management across three markets.
• Brainstorm, shape and distribute monthly campaign ideas across all channels.

Required profile

• Based in Portugal, fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Confident and natural on camera.
• Creative, curious and full of executable ideas.
• Open‑minded to work across different cultures and markets.
• AI‑savvy and comfortable using AI tools.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content or a similar role.
