Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of the property's marketing plan, driving occupancy through leisure, group and local initiatives. This role oversees all e‑commerce activities, website management and collaboration with tourism and community partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including rate offers, packages and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites and coordinate email campaign tracking.
• Produce brochures, collateral materials and manage property imaging projects such as photo shoots and signage.
• Analyze ROI of marketing initiatives, manage the annual marketing budget and reallocate funds as needed.
• Work closely with tourism bureaus, convention bureaus and media buyers to maximize visibility on quality internet sites.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales or marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field (no experience required).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi‑channel promotions, manage budgets and produce performance reports.
