Marketing & Communication Internship (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

Join ubbu as a Marketing and Communication Intern and help promote a game‑based programming platform for children aged 6‑12. You will work in a hybrid setting from the Alcântara office in Lisbon, gaining hands‑on experience across digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Email communication and newsletter management: create, edit, schedule campaigns and analyse performance metrics.
• Video recording and editing: design video content strategies, record and edit videos for various platforms.
• Community management: interact with users, collect feedback and launch engagement initiatives.
• Social media management: produce and schedule posts, monitor interactions and evaluate metrics.
• Event organization: support planning, execution and promotion of events.

Required profile

• University student in Marketing, Communication, Design or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Creativity, ability to generate innovative ideas and work both independently and in a team.
• Interest in educational games and educational technology.
