Marketing Administrator – Onsite in San Juan

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to join MultiSystems, Inc. in San Juan. The role supports the marketing and sales teams by coordinating campaigns, maintaining materials, and assisting with both digital and traditional marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update presentations, sales decks and marketing collateral.
• Maintain and enrich CRM and contact databases.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Assist in planning and executing events, webinars and customer outreach.
• Schedule meetings, manage documentation and ensure timely internal communication.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing or supply‑chain environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as GPT and Copilot.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity suites.
• Experience using CRM systems and basic digital marketing platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads campaigns.
• Content creation abilities for marketing materials.
