About the role

We are looking for a responsible and committed maintenance professional to support the upkeep and conservation of our facilities at the San Juan Center. The role ensures a safe and suitable environment for participants, employees and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the building’s physical plant.
• Assist in preserving the cleanliness and functionality of all areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly, including on holidays, overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with the team.

Required profile

• High school graduate (fourth year of secondary education).
• Preferably prior experience in general maintenance, facilities or related fields.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work when required, including holidays, extra hours and occasional Saturdays.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance tools.

• Full‑time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm, with some Saturdays per year.
