Manager of Deliver Operations Planning

About the role

The Manager of Deliver Operations Planning leads the execution of delivery planning across Johnson & Johnson's multi‑region network of distribution centers and transportation partners. The role ensures that planning standards are applied consistently, integrates planning into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, and drives performance across service, cost, cash, and resilience metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities within established frameworks and standards.
• Ensure regional planning teams operate consistently within agreed planning guardrails.
• Monitor planning performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead supply and capacity planning for owned and 3PL distribution centers and transportation partners.
• Provide accurate and timely visibility of supply, capacity, and transportation plans.
• Enable enterprise decision‑making through planning insight, scenario execution, and cross‑functional alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading supply‑chain or operations planning in a multi‑region environment.
• Strong ability to govern planning processes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Demonstrated skill in monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective actions.
