Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader

About the role

The Global BPO Performance Excellence Leader serves as the business authority for operational excellence across Johnson & Johnson MedTech's global distribution network. This senior position is responsible for defining, governing and continuously improving operational standards across all owned and third‑party logistics sites.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deploy global operational standards and DC archetypes, ensuring consistency across owned and 3PL facilities.
• Lead benchmarking, cost‑to‑deliver modeling and data‑driven insights to optimize performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Own continuous‑improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, visual management) and drive global communities of practice.
• Act as Global Business Process Owner, governing processes, approving standards and managing deviations.
• Build and lead a high‑performing global team, champion diversity and develop talent.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years progressive experience in supply‑chain operations, operational excellence or distribution management.
• Proven track record deploying global operational standards in logistics networks.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder‑management and change‑leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent)
• APICS/CSCP certification (or equivalent)
