Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Analyst for Strategic Capacity Management (SCM) to support the Surgery franchise and future business expansions. The role is part of the Integrated Business Management team within the Global Supply Chain and can be based at a MedTech location in the United States or Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance end‑to‑end digital capacity models covering raw material manufacturing through finished‑goods production.
• Perform scenario analysis for capacity expansion, process improvement, sourcing changes, network redesign, and demand uncertainty.
• Support annual Long‑Range Portfolio Planning (LRPP) and Long‑Range Financial Plan (LRFP) cycles, evaluating capacity needs over a 2‑10 year horizon.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites, Business Excellence, Planning, Source, Deliver, Engineering, Finance, Product Management, and Value Stream leadership to ensure model accuracy.
• Translate complex modeling outputs into executive‑ready recommendations on capacity, revenue‑at‑risk, service, and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and analytical tools to improve visibility of capacity constraints and mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, operations analytics, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working with large data sets and translating analysis into business recommendations.
