Management Accountant

About the role

This position is a core part of the Head Office finance team, responsible for high‑quality financial reporting and the management of the group’s holding and treasury entities. You will work closely with legal, tax, treasury and reporting teams to maintain strong financial controls and ensure accurate intercompany transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for holding companies and treasury entities, including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statements.
• Create accounting entries for investment transfers, intercompany loan movements, equity contributions and dividend distributions.
• Coordinate with group companies to resolve intercompany mismatches.
• Support the monthly consolidation process by proposing adjustments to the group reporting team.
• Assist internal and external auditors and implement audit recommendations.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and other required reconciliations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Member of a professional accounting body (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA, OROC, OCC).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP.
• Process‑oriented thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Experience with OneStream or Maconomy (preferred).
