Maintenance Technician – Hotel Facilities

About the role

Join a leading international hotel operator as a Maintenance Technician, ensuring the smooth operation of all guest rooms and public areas. You will provide prompt, high‑quality service to guests while maintaining the property’s technical systems and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest room calls for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, internet and TV issues with courteous service.
• Perform routine general maintenance, including light plumbing, electrical repairs, door‑lock servicing and minor carpentry.
• Maintain and service refrigeration, HVAC/R, kitchen and pool equipment, and conduct preventive maintenance on boilers, chillers and cooling towers.
• Use the Building Management System to schedule temperatures for events and monitor equipment performance.
• Document all work in daily activity logs, complete work orders, and keep accurate equipment records.
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team for fire, safety and medical incidents.
• Assist with painting, drywall repairs, forklift operation and furniture woodworking projects as needed.
