Logistics Manager – Homeware (B2C & B2B)

About the role

The Logistics Manager – Homeware will lead end‑to‑end logistics operations for Fashion Clinic’s Homeware line and support the wholesale channel of House of Capricorn. You will ensure efficient, cost‑effective delivery and collection processes for both B2C and B2B customers while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily courier activities to guarantee timely deliveries and collections.
• Handle transportation requests and quotations for retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) customers.
• Coordinate collections from domestic and international suppliers and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Manage customs clearance, working closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Develop, monitor and analyse transportation KPIs focused on cost, efficiency and service levels.
• Create purchase orders and validate transportation invoices for financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sales, stores and finance teams to align operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce logistics costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of logistics experience in retail, homeware or wholesale environments.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, distribution and import/customs procedures.
• Proven analytical ability to develop and track logistics KPIs.
• High level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

• Experience with ERP systems.
