Business Travel Consultant (French) – Hybrid

About the role
Navan is looking for a French‑speaking Business Travel Consultant to join its Travel Experience team. Working in a hybrid setting, you will assist travelers across Portugal (or remotely) by handling bookings, providing support, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver travel support via chat, phone and email, meeting SLA targets.
- Manage hotel, flight, car and rail reservations using GDS platforms.
- Stay updated on suppliers, destinations and internal systems.
- Guide customers through self‑service options on the Navan platform and app.
- Provide feedback to product, design and engineering teams.
- Participate in team meetings and keep abreast of industry best practices.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience as a travel consultant handling air, rail and hotel bookings.
- Minimum 3 years using a GDS (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo).
- Fluent in English and French.
- Background in contact‑center or customer‑facing roles.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, Monday‑Sunday, 7 am‑11 pm.
