Logistics Analyst

About the role

Indie Campers is seeking a Logistics Analyst to coordinate fleet logistics operations and support the efficient movement of vehicles, materials, and resources across multiple locations. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will ensure fleet availability, maintain quality standards, and help optimise operational efficiency in your assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and improve fleet and asset management procedures within the region.
• Execute vehicle in‑fleeting, intervention management, and de‑fleeting processes to maximise fleet availability.
• Assist local teams with vehicle interventions and technical troubleshooting.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and logistics operations with internal teams and external partners.
• Source, negotiate, and manage global fleet partners.
• Monitor and optimise vehicle operating costs.
• Support regional expansion projects and the setup of new locations.
• Track operational KPIs and contribute to data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Background in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement or operational management.
• Hands‑on, action‑oriented mindset with the ability to proactively solve problems.
