Logistic Coordinator

About the role

The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for managing daily logistics operations, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and that merchandise moves efficiently through receiving, storage, and dispatch. This role works closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to maintain optimal stock levels and support business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of merchandise.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records through physical counts, cycle counts, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to guarantee on-time deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages or overstock situations, and flag them promptly.
• Generate inventory reports and track merchandise movement.
• Work with Purchasing and Sales teams to plan supply needs.
• Ensure warehouse organization and proper condition of goods.
• Support inventory audit processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory systems such as ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
