Global Supply Network Planning Senior Manager

About the role

The Global Supply Network Planning Senior Manager leads a team of Supply Network Planners to ensure worldwide inventory allocations deliver optimal customer service for Johnson & Johnson’s Wound Closure & Healing portfolio. The role collaborates closely with regional planning, commercial marketing, operations, project and manufacturing groups to proactively manage supply risks and drive end‑to‑end planning excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global customer service levels using a value‑stream supply network planning approach.
• Oversee the rapid‑response supply network planning team and service interruption escalation process.
• Conduct the weekly product and service vulnerability review.
• Lead Integrated Business Plan (IBP) discussions with regional planners, commercial and finance partners.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes to identify and resolve supply‑demand misalignments.
• Ensure clear, concise processes for vulnerable supply situations across regions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing supply network planning teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with regional, commercial, finance and operations stakeholders.
• Experience in global supply allocation, demand‑supply balancing and service level management.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
