Senior Manager, GPEX Regional Process Integration Leader – Americas

About the role

The Senior Manager, GPEX Regional Process Integration Leader (RPIL) for the Americas will act as the primary bridge between Global Planning Excellence (GPEX) and regional demand‑and‑supply teams. Based in a hybrid setting, the role translates global planning strategy into actionable regional execution and ensures that regional insights shape global process and technology roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate GPEX initiatives with regional demand and supply planning across the Americas.
• Translate global planning strategies into regional execution plans for Integrated Business Planning (IBP), demand planning, new product introduction, and launch planning.
• Provide regional business requirements and insights to influence global process and technology roadmaps.
• Drive cross‑process priorities and alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and slow‑moving & obsolete inventory (SLOB) management.
• Monitor and improve planning performance metrics, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain planning or related functions within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of integrated business planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
