Local Sales Business Manager Trainee

About the role

As a Local Sales Business Manager Trainee you will support the local sales activity, creating presentations for top‑management committees and handling data‑driven dashboards. You will work closely with onboarding, support and coverage teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and accurate client records.

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for creating presentations for the Top Management committees.
• Manipulate and format data to create new dashboards and maintain current reports.
• Monitor client coverage through monthly reconciliations and coordinate with onboarding and support teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct analytical exercises to anticipate upcoming client recertifications.
• Support the Coverage team in preparing high‑quality materials for client meetings and maintaining accurate records of authorized client representatives.
• Manage and update the Local Business SharePoint site to ensure continuous information access.
• Facilitate follow‑up of cross‑selling initiatives by liaising with various entities to track and ensure completion of required actions.
• Assist with ad‑hoc analytical requests such as revenue analysis for clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management or Economics.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude.
