Linux System Administrator

About the role

Mozantech is looking for a Linux System Administrator to join its high‑impact infrastructure team. You will work on large‑scale environments, ensuring reliability, automation, and security of critical services for clients in banking, finance, telecommunications and more.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and monitor Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS) and related applications.
• Handle system deployment, patching and configuration management using automation tools.
• Perform system and security audits, vulnerability assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and guarantee high availability.
• Support users and IT teams with technical guidance and issue resolution.
• Document configurations, processes and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide after‑hours support when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• English level B2 (minimum) and availability for on‑call duty.

• Version control: Git, Bitbucket
• ITIL principles
• RHCSA/RHCE certifications (optional)
