OpenShift DevOps Engineer (French Speaking) – Porto

About the role

We are looking for a senior DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift to join our Porto office. You will work closely with development teams to drive cloud‑native adoption, automate deployments, and ensure platform reliability for large‑scale, mission‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer and optimise OpenShift clusters on‑premise or in cloud environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Collaborate with developers to onboard applications onto OpenShift and promote GitOps practices.
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to guarantee high availability.
• Integrate DevSecOps controls, including vulnerability scanning and network policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of DevOps experience, primarily in containerised environments.
• Fluent written and spoken French for effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork, customer focus and alignment with corporate ethics.

Required skills

• Red Hat OpenShift administration, security and operators.
• Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Terraform and Ansible for IaC.
• Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD (GitOps).
• Linux (Red Hat / CentOS) administration.
• Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Scripting in Python, Bash or Go.
• Network protocols and IT security fundamentals.
