We are an SEO agency seeking a proactive Link Building Specialist to identify, negotiate, and secure high‑quality backlinks that drive real rankings for our clients across multiple niches. This fully remote role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of businesses while shaping their link acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Research and uncover link opportunities across various industries using SEO tools.
• Conduct outreach to webmasters, bloggers, and publishers to propose link placements.
• Negotiate terms, manage backlink budgets, and ensure placements meet quality standards.
• Monitor backlink performance, track metrics, and prepare regular reports for clients.
• Collaborate with internal SEO and content teams to align link building with broader strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on link building experience; agency background is a plus.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or comparable SEO tools.
• Strong outreach and negotiation abilities.
• Clear understanding of the difference between ranking‑positive links and harmful links.
