Legal Analyst – Remote Contract (up to $160/hr)

About the role

Mercor is seeking a Legal Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis. You will evaluate domain‑specific documents, ensuring they meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards for public‑sector and legal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess documents for relevance, accuracy, and quality.
• Provide structured feedback to improve document standards and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align documents with public‑sector and legal requirements.
• Apply analytical skills to support high‑impact evaluation projects.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a related legal or analytical domain.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
