Learning & Development Business Partner (Remote)

About the role

Amcor is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to help shape capability building across its global manufacturing organisation. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to influence L&D strategy for three Business Groups in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR, business and functional leaders at various levels to understand capability and performance gaps.
• Provide an external perspective and challenge existing L&D approaches.
• Translate business needs into appropriate learning and development solutions.
• Support the design and implementation of a new capability development framework.
• Drive business impact by aligning L&D initiatives with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Proven ability to act as a trusted and influential partner to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working within a global manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify root causes of capability gaps.
