Learning Advisor (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

goFLUENT, a Swiss-based provider of personalized language-learning solutions, is looking for a Spanish-English speaking Learning Advisor to join its team in Lisbon. The role supports learners throughout their language-learning journey, guiding new students and following up with them across different channels.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in the products and services so as to guide new students starting their training with goFLUENT.
• Support learners by understanding their needs and offering effective solutions to their concerns.
• Follow up with students through phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Make proactive calls to motivate students to use the available resources and tools.
• Maintain efficient communication with internal teams for a smooth user experience.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes to increase learner satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with advanced spoken and written English.
• 1 year of experience in customer support or B2C sales; experience in educational sales or services is highly valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathy, organization, adaptability and customer orientation.
• Able to handle complex conversations positively and professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs and digital tools.
