Spanish Client Advisor – Full‑time or Part‑time – Lisbon

About the role

This position supports Spanish‑speaking clients in Lisbon, answering questions, resolving issues and providing clear guidance. It can be performed on a full‑time or part‑time basis and is ideal for someone who enjoys communication and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support to Spanish‑speaking clients across relevant communication channels.
• Respond to client enquiries, give accurate information about products, services and processes.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle complaints and complex situations with empathy and a solution‑focused approach.
• Record client interactions and update information using internal systems.
• Manage multiple enquiries while maintaining accuracy and organisation.
• Follow established procedures and service quality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support team goals and deliver a consistent client experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• Patient, proactive and professional approach to resolving enquiries.
• Good problem‑solving and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
• Confident using computers and able to learn new digital tools quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage.
• Availability to work in Lisbon, Portugal, full‑time or part‑time.
