About the role

We are seeking a Lead Mobile App Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality Android and iOS applications for a global customer base. This remote, product‑focused role combines hands‑on engineering with technical leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Define technical strategy, architecture patterns, and development practices to ensure scalable, reliable, high‑performance solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor team members.
• Integrate external data sources, APIs, and third‑party services into mobile apps.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests and monitor live application performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive, platform‑compliant experiences.
• Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and promote a culture of engineering excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring engineers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering production‑grade mobile products.

Required skills

• Kotlin, Java, and Swift for native Android and iOS development.
• Mobile architecture patterns such as MVP (and related patterns).
• Experience with unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Integration of APIs and third‑party services.
