Lead Graphic Designer

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to shape the visual language of its fast‑growing fintech products. You will set the creative standard for the design team, ensuring brand consistency across all digital and motion touchpoints while collaborating closely with product, marketing and other cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve documentation, design systems and brand guidelines, driving consistent adoption across teams.
• Create high‑quality visual assets and motion designs that bring the Revolut brand to life across multiple channels.
• Partner with product, marketing and other stakeholders to define creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Direct the production of design references, mood boards, storyboards and animatics to communicate concepts.
• Own projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment at every stage.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams.
• Provide creative leadership, feedback and mentorship to other designers, elevating the overall craft.
• Guard the visual identity, continuously seeking opportunities to push creativity and innovation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer, preferably in fast‑moving, brand‑led environments.
• Proven track record of leading or supervising design work and delivering cohesive brand experiences.
• Strong strategic eye with the ability to guide both design direction and junior team members.

Required skills

• Expertise in graphic design, brand development and motion design.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines.
• Ability to translate business goals into compelling visual solutions.
