AI‑Savvy Graphic Designer for Digital Team

About the role

We are looking for a creative, skilled and AI‑savvy Graphic Designer to join Salt’s Digital Team. You will design intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning digital experiences that meet customer needs while driving online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual concepts and campaigns for Salt and its sub‑brands (GoMo, Lidl Connect, Post Mobile) using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Magnific, Reve.art, and Runway.
• Adapt and resize assets for various performance‑marketing channels (Google, Meta, social media, display, video) ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Create short animations or motion graphics and contribute to web assets like icons, illustrations, and UI elements.
• Collaborate daily with Digital, Marketing Communications, Sales, and Product Management teams, and support UX/UI design tasks for the eCommerce team.
• Drive AI transformation within the design practice by testing, rolling out, and championing new AI tools to improve quality and speed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital graphic design with strong visual judgement.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and ability to quickly adopt new AI design tools.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English with good communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• Figma (advanced proficiency).
• AI design tools – ChatGPT, Magnific, Reve.art, Runway, Adobe Firefly.
• Motion design / animation.
• UX/UI design and responsive web design knowledge.
• Iconography, illustration, and creation of digital visual assets.
