About the role

Boubou's, a celebrated contemporary French bistrot in Lisbon's Príncipe Real, is relaunching on May 12 with a new chef and menu. The restaurant seeks enthusiastic kitchen professionals to join a dynamic brigade and help shape this new chapter.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes according to the new contemporary French menu.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization.
• Collaborate with fellow cooks and sous chefs to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist in stock management, mise en place, and kitchen inventory.

Required profile

• Open to all experience levels – from commis and CDP ready to grow quickly, to senior cooks seeking meaningful work, and sous chefs capable of leading and teaching.
• Passion for French cuisine, technique, and a kitchen that values energy and craftsmanship.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a vibrant restaurant atmosphere.

Required skills

• Fundamental cooking techniques and knife handling.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
