Head Manager – Hospitality

About the role

Neptune Commune is seeking a Head Manager to lead Kefi Bistro, ensuring the venue delivers the warm, high‑quality experience the brand promises. You will set the operational rhythm, guide the team, and safeguard standards across service, finance, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and drive performance against revenue, cost, and inventory targets.
• Track and control key performance metrics, identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Provide clear feedback, address performance issues promptly, and maintain a motivated, professional team environment.
• Ensure guest service reflects Neptune’s standards of warmth and professionalism, monitoring feedback and resolving recurring issues.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, documentation, and supplier relationships, while managing purchases and financial discipline.
• Update bar menus, coordinate special event reservations, and uphold organisational standards throughout the space.
