Kids & Leisure Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Kids & Leisure Supervisor leads the department that creates unforgettable moments for families staying at Martinhal Quinta do Lago. You will plan, organise and deliver high‑quality children’s activities while ensuring safety and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement daily recreational programmes for children of all ages.
• Supervise and coach a team of activity staff, handling scheduling and conflict resolution.
• Adapt activities quickly to unexpected situations and guest needs.
• Maintain a safe environment, applying Paediatric First Aid when required.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to integrate leisure experiences into the overall guest journey.

Required profile

• Qualification in Education, Animation, Social & Cultural Animation, or Sports.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Strong team‑management and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Dynamic, proactive attitude with great attention to detail.
• Paediatric First Aid certification.
• Basic computer literacy (user level).
