Junior Support Specialist

About the role

Join Extia, an engineering consultancy that puts people first, as a Junior Support Specialist. You will provide first‑line technical assistance for infrastructure and system issues while gaining hands‑on experience with Linux, Windows and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for infrastructure and system‑related incidents.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of Linux and Windows environments.
• Support cloud‑based platforms such as AWS, Azure or OpenShift.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents and contribute to problem resolution.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to ensure service reliability.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and document procedures, incidents and solutions.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to learn system administration and cloud technologies.
• Good problem‑solving mindset and ability to work proactively.

• Comfortable reading technical documentation in English.
