BI & Data Lead

About the role

Technically lead a team of 13 professionals, implementing best practices and fostering continuous improvement. Drive the integration and usage of Artificial Intelligence within the team's projects and solutions. Utilise expertise in PowerBI and Data Science to deliver impactful business intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 13 professionals, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
• Integrate and promote Artificial Intelligence across projects and solutions.
• Deliver business intelligence solutions using PowerBI and Data Science.
• Contribute to the strategic evolution of data platforms and analytical capabilities for key clients.

Required profile

• At least 9 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Science, with a focus on PowerBI.
• Proven technical leadership experience, capable of guiding and mentoring a team.
• Strong expertise in PowerBI and Data Science methodologies, including AI solution implementation.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level) for effective communication in an international environment.
• Alignment with corporate culture, integrity, ethics, strong customer focus and teamwork.
