Junior Performance Marketer – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

EverAI is looking for a Junior Performance Marketer to join the growth team remotely from Portugal. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will own the day‑to‑day execution of high‑volume paid acquisition campaigns and help scale user acquisition across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing core paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google and other DSPs.
• Set up campaigns, implement tracking, and gather data insights to build scalable acquisition funnels.
• Participate in the creative testing loop by preparing ad concepts, organizing assets and launching audience tests.
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance using Voluum, Google Analytics 4 and internal dashboards, flagging any anomalies.
• Pull, clean and organize performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, retention) for weekly and monthly strategic reviews.
• Maintain and update internal reporting documents and dashboards.
