Junior Management Accountant

About the role

As a Junior Management Accountant you will join the finance team at the head office, supporting the reporting and treasury functions of the group. You will help ensure accurate financial information, timely reporting and strong internal controls across holding and treasury entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare balance‑sheet, income‑statement and cash‑flow reports for holding companies and treasury entities.
• Record accounting entries for investment transfers, intercompany loans, equity contributions and dividend distributions.
• Coordinate with group companies to resolve intercompany mismatches.
• Assist the monthly consolidation process and propose adjustment entries.
• Support external and internal audit activities and implement audit recommendations.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and other ad‑hoc financial analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Member of a professional accounting body (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, OROC, OCC or equivalent).
• First‑hand experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Process‑oriented mindset with strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage relationships with external finance parties.

Required skills

• OneStream or Maconomy experience (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and Luxembourg GAAP.
