Junior Graphic Designer – Fashion & Luxury

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Lisbon. You will work across fashion, décor and luxury brands, creating visual content that reflects a high standard of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling and consistent content for social media, websites, newsletters, digital campaigns, presentations, brochures, invitations, event materials, packaging and motion graphics.
• Contribute ideas for formats, layouts and content planning.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design and social media trends to ensure creative, impactful outputs.
• Collaborate closely with internal team members and external partners to deliver projects on time and on brand.

Required profile

• Dynamic, proactive and curious with a strong learning mindset.
• Solid portfolio in graphic design, especially digital communication, editorial and branding.
• Strong visual culture, conceptual thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to respond to creative briefs and adapt to objectives and constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Canva.
• Knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects (nice to have).
• Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools (nice to have).
