Junior Fullstack Developer - Java & React (Lisbon/Porto)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Fullstack Developer to join our growing team in Portugal. You will work on both backend and frontend layers, building robust web applications using Java and modern React technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications with Java and React/Next.js.
• Define, implement, and document RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write unit tests with JUnit to ensure code quality.
• Use Git for version control and collaborative development.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience with React (and preferably Next.js).
• Familiarity with API design and implementation.
• Proficiency with Git and JUnit testing.
