Junior Digital Executive – Lisbon

About the role

As a Junior Digital Executive you will work closely with dentsu's Digital teams to plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns. You will support the development of data‑driven strategies that meet client performance targets across platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Define digital marketing strategies, including audience targeting, channel selection, KPI setting and value propositions.
• Set up, implement and structure campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and other biddable platforms.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns against defined KPIs, providing regular performance reports.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with national and international teams.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in marketing (digital experience a plus).
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong organisational skills, proactive attitude and team spirit.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or related field (preferred).
