Junior Banking Operations

About the role

Inetum is looking for a motivated Junior Banking Operations professional to join its growing team in Lisbon. You will support daily banking processes, contribute to project work and develop a solid understanding of the financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of routine banking operations and transaction processing.
• Support project teams with data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, flexibility and a positive attitude.
• Strong team spirit and good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
