Junior AI Engineer

About the role

Accenture Digital Core is seeking a Junior AI Engineer to support the operation and troubleshooting of data and machine‑learning pipelines in production. You will work within cross‑functional teams to build, monitor and improve scalable AI solutions on Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot production data and ML pipelines, performing data validation and sanity checks.
• Collaborate using Git and notebooks to develop and version code.
• Assist in building batch and streaming pipelines with Spark / PySpark.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data and ML workloads on Azure.
• Monitor systems through logs and basic alerts, ensuring observability.
• Use ML experimentation tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, and Databricks ML for model validation.
• Apply secure data handling and compliance principles.
• Follow Agile delivery and documentation standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Professional English (C1) and ability to communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and incident‑management skills.
