Junior Acquisition Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Acquisition Manager to join our fully remote team at 360Dialog, a bootstrapped B2B SaaS platform that powers WhatsApp messaging for over 800 software solutions. The role will focus on generating qualified leads through paid acquisition channels and continuously optimizing the conversion funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager and attribution models.
• Track conversion events, optimize funnel performance and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align lead‑generation efforts with business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B SaaS or technical platform environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn from senior colleagues.
• Confidence without arrogance and a proactive attitude toward task ownership.
• Ambition to quickly develop senior‑level expertise.
