Java CCM Developer – French (Remote, Portugal based)

About the role

We are looking for a Java CCM Developer fluent in French to join our remote team based in Portugal. You will work on customer communications management platforms, designing and delivering omnichannel document templates for a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java EE applications and JavaScript front‑ends.
• Create and customize document templates within CCM platforms for omnichannel communications.
• Build and consume REST APIs to integrate business processes.
• Write and optimise SQL queries, preferably on Oracle databases.
• Develop web solutions using HTML5, XML and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and development teams to gather requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application and document generation issues.
• Ensure performance, scalability and reliability following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and deployment activities.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Java development with CCM tools.
• Fluent in French and advanced English.
