IT Workplace Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an IT Workplace Support Technician to join Randstad’s Digital Workplace Solutions team for a key client. In this role you will deliver first‑ and second‑level support, ensuring users’ devices and services run smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote and on‑site technical assistance to end‑users, meeting defined service‑level agreements.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot workstations (Windows 10/11, macOS) and mobile devices.
• Execute deployment tasks such as re‑imaging, provisioning and application distribution using tools like Microsoft Intune or SCCM.
• Manage user identities and access rights in Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID and related IAM platforms.
• Support multi‑factor authentication solutions (Microsoft Authenticator, Duo, Google Authenticator) and ensure security compliance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT technical support (L1/L2).
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
• Experience with endpoint management and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with identity and access management in AD/Azure AD.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
