IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a responsive and technically proficient IT Support Specialist to deliver first‑line and second‑line assistance to our users. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, account and application issues while ensuring timely, professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support via email, chat, phone and remote‑support tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking and system problems.
• Configure computers, software, user accounts and peripherals.
• Manage support tickets within agreed response and resolution times.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team.
• Assist with password resets, account access and basic security tasks.
• Monitor recurring incidents and suggest preventive solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions and user requests.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding by setting up and disabling accounts and equipment.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience in IT support, help‑desk or a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
• Attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple requests.

Required skills

• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Network and connectivity issue resolution.
• Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Experience with ticketing systems, help‑desk platforms or CRM tools.
• Remote‑support tool usage.
