IT Support Specialist

About the role

Landskill is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join its growing team in Carnaxide. You will work on‑site, providing technical assistance to employees and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for Mac and Windows devices, handling configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Manage endpoint deployment and updates using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• Configure and maintain VPN connections, Wi‑Fi networks, and related networking components.
• Support collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and Atlassian products.
• Assist with audio‑visual and conferencing technology setups.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the service desk system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced service desk or help‑desk environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new IT fundamentals.
• Ability to work fully on‑site in the Carnaxide office.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
