IT Strategy Junior Consultant

About the role

As a Junior IT Strategy Consultant you will work closely with clients and internal teams to shape business and technology strategies and design digital transformation road‑maps. The position offers early client exposure and a fast‑track learning environment within a multinational consulting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business needs and translate them into technology strategies.
• Develop and document digital transformation plans.
• Collaborate with Data and Cloud Architects and Engineers to support technology modernization in Data & AI, Cloud & Infra, Solutions and IT Consulting contexts.
• Contribute to reusable assets, technical documentation, and internal engineering standards within the xTech practice.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑solver with strong business sense and analytical skills.
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science, from a reputable institution.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a technology consulting services company.
• Good knowledge of core technology concepts such as Cloud, Data, AI, Security and Application Development.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and excellent oral communication.
