IT Project Manager – Lead Digital Transformation Projects

About the role

Ivy Partners, a Swiss consulting firm, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to drive strategic, technological, and organizational initiatives for its clients. You will lead digital transformation projects from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
• Facilitate clear communication among technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and sponsors.
• Apply the company’s project‑management methodology and delivery processes consistently.
• Provide regular status updates, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with project‑management methodologies, best practices, and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and work autonomously.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and software delivery processes.
• Relevant project‑management certifications are a plus.
• Good written and spoken English.
