IT Project Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager who is fluent in French to join our hybrid‑working team. You will lead initiatives that improve software development quality and delivery across our international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and standardise quality gates throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Enhance CI/CD practices to optimise software delivery and deployment processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialisation, boosting efficiency and quality.
• Identify innovation and accessibility opportunities by applying AI technologies.
• Collaborate with the area manager to align industrialisation projects with broader business objectives.
• Build strong cross‑departmental relationships to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven project‑management experience, preferably with a focus on IT industrialisation.
• Deep understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, DevOps concepts and quality‑assurance practices.
• Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage teams.
